well today Alex and I signed on the house! His parents lived there for 23 years and they are going west. Its a 4 bedroom, 1 and a half bath, 2 story house. Its a historic federal style house thats yellow with black shutters. Oh and it has clouds painted on the ceilings :] Oh and the cutest screen door you could ever imagine for the front door. It has an amazing backyard with a hot tub nestled right in the back and the neighbors JUST put up a fence so they don't have to see what goes on in that hottub. bahaha. Anyhow alot of work needs to be done on the inside so in the mean time we aren't going anywhere, but after this house is all done it will pretty much be my dream house.
Its funny because a week ago from tonight Alex and I were sobbing because we thought it was going to be sold and it did sell...to US haha.
Is this the one with the cool big fish tanks? You are living the dream :) I'm so happy for you. I don't know if I can tell you that enough times. It's just all so exciting! P.S. Promise me I'll be invited to the hot tub parties :)

ReplyDeleteunfortunatley they sold the fish tank...haha. which is fine with me because fish kind of gross me out! oh and the hottub will definitely be ready this winter. there wont be a warm house to go in afterwards though! haha. all the hottub needs is to be hooked up and chemicals bought.

ReplyDeleteby then there might not be any walls! The walls are being ripped out to put in insulation so its warm in the winter and there isn't 800 dollar heating bills like before.
